High Fashion, College Wallet Chloe F/W 2015

Chloé, started in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, focuses on wearable items for the everyday woman, but instilling a sense of uniqueness and beauty at the same time. The brand was a vision of “luxury prêt-à-porter,” as Aghion once said. Leadership has changed since 1952, but the essence of Chloé has remained true to its founding vision. Chloé is your best friend, your mom, your sister, or even the girl you sit next to on your 8am Monday Econ lectures.

This look, previewed in their Fall/Winter 2015 collection during Paris fashion week is a perfect transitional spring outfit. The denim jumpsuit puts a clever spin on an otherwise everyday fabric. Forever 21 offers a shorter and more affordable version for $34.90.

The addition of a fluffy vest fits in with everyday trendy attire. This Lyst option is a bit more understated than the Chloé piece and falls at a price of $78.

The look is complete with some ankle boots, such as these brown Dolce Vita booties ($50).  This is an outfit that may already exist in a college student’s closet, but if not, its nothing a short trip to Forever 21 can’t fix.
